TWO THINGS YOU CAN'T DO WRONG, NO MATTER HOW POORLY YOU DO IT
1. Ask for business cards. Give yourself a properly spelled name and email address for follow-ups.
2. Send thank-you notes. What's in them isn't even that important -- the purpose is to show your appreciation for the interviewer's time, restate your interest in the position, and offer yourself up for another round of interviews. Keep it short and simple. But do it. And write a different one for each person you meet.
